Meet Lauren

A Boston native and former Needham resident, I've settled in Quincy, MA with my husband and daughter. When I'm not coaching, I love traveling and going on adventures with my four-year-old, experiencing the excitement of the world through her eyes.

Having experienced my own fertility struggles and the subsequent postpartum and perimenopausal journeys that followed, I felt called to help other women through these life transitions.

As a certified personal trainer and wellness coach specializing in women's health, my mission is to empower women to reclaim their strength, vitality, and confidence, regardless of their life stage.

Each program is fully customized to your goals and includes personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, regular check-ins, and ongoing support. Virtual clients receive video instruction and a dedicated app for tracking progress.
Do you offer virtual or in-person sessions?
Both! I offer in-person training in the Needham area and virtual coaching for clients anywhere. Many clients do a combination of both for maximum flexibility.
How does this integrate with pelvic floor physical therapy?
I work closely with the pelvic floor PTs at Bloom Pelvic Health & Wellness. If you're receiving pelvic PT, we coordinate to ensure your fitness program supports your recovery. I can also refer you if I notice pelvic floor concerns.
What life stages do you specialize in?
I specialize in supporting women through major transitions: postpartum recovery (any stage!), perimenopause, menopause, and the general challenges of balancing fitness with a busy life as a mom or professional.
How long before I see results?
Most clients notice improved energy and mood within the first few weeks. Physical changes typically become visible around 6-8 weeks with consistent effort. Remember, we're building sustainable habits, not quick fixes.
I haven't exercised in years. Is this program for me?
